It helps. Put Greeter, Usher and Member in the Group column and each value gets its own accent color from one design, so a guest looking for help can spot a greeter from the doorway. Add a bold role line such as Greeter or Ask Me too, so color is not the only cue for people who have trouble telling colors apart.
