How to make nurse name badges
Open Nurse Credential at CR80 size

A separate line gives a long name more room on a narrow CR80 card, and auto-fit handles the rest. Your facility may already have a preferred format for nursing badges, so ask your manager or badge office before printing.
Can nurses use first name and last initial on these badges?
