BadgesGenerator.com is a free tool for designing and printing name badges, plus a README badge generator for developers. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Your content
The names, text, logos and images you add stay yours, and they stay in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use them, including any logos or trademarks you put on a badge.
Don't use the site to make fraudulent identification or credentials meant to deceive, such as fake government, police, medical or employer IDs. Badges you print here are not official identification.
Templates
You may use the templates to make badges for any event or organization, personal or commercial, and print as many as you need. Please don't repackage the templates themselves as a template collection for sale.
Printing
Printers and badge stock vary. Check spelling in the preview, print the alignment test page on plain paper before a full run, and print at 100% scale. We aren't responsible for misprinted or wasted stock.
Plans and prices
The editor, templates, CSV import and PDF or PNG downloads are free for lists of up to 500 people, as described on the pricing page, and no payment details or account are required.
Trademarks
Avery is a trademark of its owner, as are Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Sheets and Docs, Canva, GitHub and shields.io. Mentioning a product or badge stock number doesn't mean BadgesGenerator.com is affiliated with or endorsed by its maker.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, including lost designs, since those are stored only in your browser.
